Shipping Hours
Fulfillment Centre operates 8am-4pm Monday - Friday and 8-12pm Saturday. Closed Sundays. All orders processed prior to 12 noon will be shipped that day for delivery between 1-3 days UK (dependent on service and area)
All orders in other countries & inquiries please email info@chill.com
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped from our distribution centre.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
Eligible returns of products purchased on chill.com may be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 10 days from the date of delivery to the Chill return address listed on the return shipping label. Please email info@chill.com for detailed instructions.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
All items must be in original condition. Merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Damaged or faulty merchandise will be replaced with like-kind items.
