Directions for use

BATH SALTS: Pour contents of package into bath water and let dissolve.
OIL: Apply a small amount to one palm and rub hands together to warm the oil. Massage into dry skin after showering or bathing. As a bath oil, pour a small amount into the bath, soak in and enjoy the aromas. Do not apply on broken skin.
ROLL ON: Apply to pulse points such as inner wrist, behind the ears, on the temples or side of your neck. Do not apply to broken skin. Should any irritation occur, discontinue use immediately.
EYE PILLOW: Place the pillow on eyes and inhale slowly to take in the lavender scent. For a cold compress, remove the outer pillowcase and place the eye pillow in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag. Leave to chill for 30 minutes before use. For a warm compress, warm in the microwave for 30 seconds.
