    Oats, Dried Taro (Taro, Vegetable Oil), Chopped Dates (Dried Dates, Rice Flour), Cashew, Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds.

    Made in a kitchen that handles eggs, milk, peanuts, nuts, sesame, soy, and gluten. May contain pits from the fruit.

    Directions for use

    Pour the entire pouch into a container and add the amount of your preferred milk specified on the packaging. If you're using an Earthy jar, simply fill to the top.

    Refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours. Stir contents before eating.

    Consume any leftovers within 5 days.
